The ‘Fizz’ Lunch from Castelnau

Put some fizz into the start of summer! Join us for our June lunchtime wine tasting.

You will be welcomed with a Bellini cocktail of sparkling Veuve du Vernay Brut and crème de peche, followed by Champagne de Castelnau Brut Reserve paired with a fish starter*.

The main course of chicken supreme with mushroom sauce will be accompanied by the lovely vintage Champagne de Castelnau 2002.

A selection of delicate cheeses and Prosecco Nua will be followed with a dessert of red summer fruit crumble and Cremant de Bourgogne rose Patriarche.
